Association des amis des Centre de Ressources Educationnelles
In order to serve our objectives as efficiently as possible and also to place the development process clearly in the hands of Africa, AMCRE (Association des Amis des Centers de Ressources Educationnelles) was founded in 2007 as an independent Senegalese association. AMCRE maintains contacts with the Kemper Foundation and local implementers. To this end, the Kemper Foundation has signed a cooperation agreement with AMCRE in which the procedures are laid down. AMCRE transparently accounts for its administration of the Kemper Foundation donations. Like the Kemper Foundation, AMCRE also works for the promotion of public benefit, on a non-profit basis.
